Plan your visit

We've been at this for eight years now, so we've got some suggestions on how to make your visit more enjoyable.

  • Wear comfortable walking shoes. While we gladly make accommodations for those who need assistance, and in fact we have gotten special kudos from The Traveling Wheelchair, most of us will enjoy the festival if we are comfortable walking.
  • Leave Fido at home. We love dogs too, but we cannot accommodate them at the Celebration.
  • Allow ample time. The most common comment we get from our visitors is that they wish they had arrived earlier in order to see and do everything.
  • Buy your fresh cranberries at the A.D. Makepeace Company Welcome Center. It's the best deal around, and you can easily freeze them for Thanksgiving.
  • Watch for folks with yellow or orange vests if you have questions.
  • Don't miss the raptor demonstration. We like the cranberry harvest best, but the raptors are a close second.
